New Splend Hub in Sydney

We’re excited to announce the opening of our new Sydney Hub located at 1-5 Hawthorne Parade. In other words, Splend customers in Sydney have a new home away from home.

Easily accessible via Parramatta Road, the new MSC is less than one km from Summer Hill or Lewisham train stations and a minute away from Taverners Hill if you choose to go via light rail.

“The move to this modern Haberfield location means that our customers in Sydney will have a one-stop-shop to catch up with their Customer Specialist, attend our events and training sessions, or simply relax and exchange strategies with other drivers,” said NSW Operations Manager Phil Reynolds.

One of the roles of our MSCs is to serve as a training hub for new Splend customers who want to get started with Uber or other rideshare apps and on-demand delivery platforms.

Drivers can attend their onboarding sessions here, as well as driver training courses for any level of experience. This is also where they pick up their new Uber-ready cars and bring them in for routine inspections and maintenance.

“The size and quality of the new facility will allow us to add more on-site services and amenities in the future and create a one-of-a-kind space for our customers to enjoy,” Reynolds added. Our new support center will also cater to Uber car subscription services in Sydney.

The Sydney Hub has a large parking space as well as our customer lounge and kitchen and bathroom facilities with free tea and coffee.
