Starting 15th October passengers with a service animal will benefit from new dedicated support from Uber

Starting 15th October, passengers with a service animal will be able to register for Uber Australia’s Service Assistance Program (SAP), which provides specialist telephone support and increased driver education for those who are matched with this passenger. The program will allow inclusion and support for all Uber passengers, but also will detect any unlawful service refusals, so it’s important for the driver to be aware of the initiative.
