Meet Bhavin - the proud owner of the award-winning Volkswagen ID.3

Bhavin joined Splend over four years ago, making him one of our longest-serving customers. He joined us when he started his rideshare career and he’s recently made the switch to a Volkswagen ID.3 on our Flexi own plan. 

I discovered Splend back in 2018 and I decided to join as they had the best rates on the market for an all-inclusive plan. Their services over the last four years have been good, they helped me with any problem. I know I made the right decision.

The ID.3 was not the first EV Bhavin has driven but it’s by far his favourite.

I love the ID.3 because it’s so comfortable and makes you feel safe. The range is more than enough for my needs, and I get to save £200 per week on fuel.

Bhavin recommends making the switch to an EV and is confident that mastering  how to charge your EV shouldn’t be a barrier for drivers.

I’d definitely recommend the ID.3 to anyone. It’s so easy to drive and makes your job a real pleasure, even on the most restless days.

Bhavin continues to follow his dream of being a rideshare driver, despite overcoming a hearing impairment.

I think this job is the best one for me. I love driving and gaining more experience on the road as a rideshare driver. It helps me with my confidence towards driving and approaching riders, despite the communication limitations I sometimes face.

He believes that being cautious and focused at all times is what makes him a good driver.

I’ve been driving for 20 years, and even with this experience, you still have to be all eyes on the road. I always watch out for speed limits and traffic rules, and my strong vision helps me with that.
